Robert H. Treman is an incredible State Park and it includes an AWESOME naturally carved gorge. The ceremony will be at the top of the gorge and the reception at the bottom of the gorge. Choosing to have the ceremony at the top was to ensure you got the chance to peek in or hike around in one of our favorite places. There's something about the stone towering around you and the water rushing through - you have to see it to find out! We'll have a chance after the ceremony for folks to peek in to the gorge or go on a short hike if they're able!

Yes! The ceremony is in an open field at the top of the gorge - we will get married there if weather permits!If weather does not permit, we will get married at the North Shelter where the reception is. You'll be notified if there is a change, but we are asking that folks meet at the North Shelter parking lot either way - either to carpool to the upper park, or to stay at the North Shelter if the rain plan is enacted. The North Shelter is a fully enclosed building so we will be safe and sound in there!

Great question!! There is limited parking at the upper park, so we want to consolidate cars where we can.Also, your coupon gives you access to the lower park - you'll get a receipt at entrance and then that will allow you access to the upper park!

Excellent question!!We are having catering from two of our favorite food trucks on Saturday - one will be greek style pitas and rice bowls with falafel and chicken, and the other will be Venezuelan arepas with black beans, veggies, plantains, carnitas and chicken! Delicious..Friday night if you can make it we'll be having pizza from our favorite spot and some salads - we like to have pizza Friday's in our home, and this is our chance to have it with you!Sunday morning if you can make it we'll be having pastries from one of our favorite local restaurants, local coffee, local bread, and more!! And crosswords because Sundays are good crossword days. It's our favorite way to spend a Sunday morning so we hope you can join us!
